The Sequ-Door Security Window Fixture is a fixed, custom-made burglar guard for windows, tailor-built to your opening with all-steel construction, no plastic working components, and the highest possible level of barrier protection.
Custom Burglar Guards for Windows Built to Match Our Security Gate Standard
The Sequ-Door Security Window Fixture follows the same design philosophy as our expandable security gate range, tailor-made to your window opening, built from high-grade steel, and featuring no plastic working components for maximum long-term reliability. Where This Product Works Best
Security Window Fixtures are best suited to windows where a permanent, fixed barrier is preferred over a sliding or openable solution. Their all-steel, no-opening design makes them one of the most secure fixed burglar guards for windows in the Sequ-Door range.
Residential Applications
- Ideal for high-priority or high-risk windows where a fixed, permanent barrier provides the greatest peace of mind
- Perfect for windows where the frame itself does not need to open. Window vents can still be operated freely, making this a practical security solution for your home and living areas.
- Excellent for security zones within the home – where a robust, non-openable window bar is an important part of the safe room strategy
- Visually consistent with Sequ-Door security gates for a unified look throughout the property
- Complements expandable security gates and security shutters as part of a layered home security approach
Commercial and Office Applications
- Well suited to commercial premises requiring fixed, permanent window security bars that cannot be opened or tampered with
- Ideal for back-of-building, high-value, or restricted-access windows in offices, warehouses, and retail environments
- No moving parts means zero ongoing mechanical maintenance for facility and building managers
- Custom manufactured to any window size – suits both standard and non-standard commercial window openings
FAQs
What is a Security Window Fixture?
A Security Window Fixture is a fixed, custom-made security product for windows. It follows the same design as our security gate range but is permanently fixed in place and cannot be opened. This fixed design adds an extra level of security by eliminating any mechanism that could be forced or manipulated.
How is the fixture different from the Security Window Slider?
The Security Window Slider can be opened and closed for everyday use and is fitted with SLAM-lock protection. The Security Window Fixture is permanently fixed and does not open – making it the stronger, more secure option for windows where movement access is not required.
Are Security Window Fixtures custom-made?
Yes. Every fixture is tailor-made to your exact window opening dimensions. Our team will measure your window on-site to ensure the fixture fits perfectly and is secured on all four sides.
What are the fixtures made from?
Security Window Fixtures are manufactured from high-grade steel with no plastic working components. The steel construction, combined with additional reinforcements and four-sided securing, ensures a robust, long-lasting result.
Will the fixture match my existing security gates?
Yes. The Security Window Fixture is designed to visually match the Sequ-Door security gate and window slider range, with the same powder-coated colour options. This maintains a uniform look throughout your home or business.
Do you provide professional installation?
Yes. Our experienced team measures, manufactures, and installs each security window fixture, ensuring a correct, secure fit. We also follow up to ensure you are fully satisfied with the installation.
What warranty is provided?
Outside installations carry a 3-year warranty and inside installations a 5-year warranty, both covering major rust and powder coating peeling. Hardware and workmanship are covered for 12 months.
Can I add Security Window Fixtures to all my windows?
Yes – provided the windows are suitable for a fixed bar installation. Our team will assess each window during the measurement consultation. Where a window is not suitable, our Security Window Slider or Steel Flat Bars may be the better alternative.
