Vertical Blinds for Large Windows and Sliding Doors
Cover wide openings with vertical blinds that offer precision light control and a clean, contemporary look – custom-made for large windows, sliding doors, and patio spaces.
Versatile Window Coverings for Wide Openings
Vertical blinds are a cost-effective and versatile window covering, particularly well suited to large windows and sliding doors where horizontal blinds would be impractical. Their adjustable vertical slats give you precise control over privacy and sunlight. Draw them to the right, to the left, or split them in the centre to suit the moment. Easy to clean and maintain, they are a practical everyday solution for both home and office environments.
Our vertical blinds feature a slim headrail which can be operated by chain, wand, or optional motorisation, making them one of the most adaptable window coverings we offer. For a free quote for vertical blinds, simply get in touch with our team.

FAQs
How can vertical blinds be operated?
You can choose from chain control (left-draw, right-draw, or centre-split), wand operation, or motorisation. A manual pull control override is also always available on motorised models.
What does the motorised vertical blind system involve?
The motor attaches neatly to the headrail, keeping it out of sight. Power options include an external USB-C rechargeable battery for cable-free installation or a hardwired option. Set it up easily via the Motionblinds Bluetooth app, which also supports timer automation.
Which smart home platforms are compatible with motorised vertical blinds?
With a Wi-Fi bridge, motorised vertical blinds integrate with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings for voice and remote control from anywhere.
What is the window cleaner function?
The window cleaner function allows you to push the slats aside easily for window cleaning access – no need to remove the blind.
Are vertical blinds suitable for patio doors?
Yes – vertical blinds are one of the best window covering solutions for patio and sliding doors. They can be drawn fully to one side or split in the centre, allowing easy access through the door.
