I had all my security doors at my home done by Sequ-Door some time ago, they were then very efficient and professional. I had a robbery a couple of weeks ago and to my dismay they managed to dislodge the gate from the wall (They did first try to break the locks and bend it but that did not work). I called the company to complain about it, firstly they were at my home within a couple of hours, it was early evening and they fixed my door and then came back at a later stage and reinforced all my gates wall attachments, so now there is no way the incident can be repeated. It is really good to see a company that doesn’t lose interest in you once they have sold their product to you and hold themselves accountable for their product.
